Cheerleading Program
Our Cheerleading Program focuses primarily on tumbling skills required for cheerleaders. Cheerleaders are given the opportunity to work on individual skills in a self-paced environment using circuit and station training as a way of breaking down skills.
Cheerleading classes also work on building strength and power and increasing flexibility. This is accomplished through conditioning and stretching exercises given throughout the class.
Our classes are extremely active and out students get continuous practice throughout the lesson. We use a multitude of mats, trampolines, a power tumbling floor and a spring floor as teaching tools in order to get the students ready to transfer the skills into a Competitive Cheerleading Environment.
We offer Jr Cheerleading (ages 6-8), Cheerleading (ages 9-13), and High School Cheerleading (ages 14-18).
