Off-site Class Structure
All classes begin with a musical warm-up. Music encourages movement and self-expression. Through this type of warm-up children experience a unique intergration of body and mind. This sensory stimulation is crucial as children discover the world of physical fitness.
The warm-up is followed by two different gymnastics activities encompassing the current lesson plan. The set-ups include a wide array of gymnastics mats and equipment providing a challenging and entertaining experience for all.
The final component int he class structure is a cooperative group activity that reviews and reinforces the skills learned during the lesson. This requires mental focus teamwork and cooperation and teaches invaluable life skills.
Off-Site Equipment
All brand new state-of-the-art equipment and mats will be provided and used for instruction. We will bring everything needed to safely set-up gymnastics circuits that provide creative, fun and challenging opportunities for all the children. The equipment will include many mats of different shapes, sizes and colors, as well as low balance beams, mini-uneven bars, mini trampolines, vaulting boards, rings, hoops, balls, music and much more.
